"Pros: It was a very nice location and the property management team was very nice. The housekeeper however complained about a little makeup and I do not think she ever mopped and then accused my family of taking a dish. I stayed at coconut grove 2 before and the housekeeper there was very nice and friendly I stayed at port st charles The Crane and Apes Hill on past visits and never had any issues so as you can imagine a missing bowl complaint was very annoying. Cons: The living and dining rooms were too hot and that is where we spent most of the day time" ~Monah
