"Pros: I did not receive breakfast and never met the host, but that was fine with me. The place was clean and peaceful. Cons: The only thing that concerned me was that the guests staying below us took up all of the outside space (chairs and tables) every day, and that made it feel like I couldn't enjoy the communal space. I would have liked to enjoy the beachfront patio but it felt like that space belonged to only the guests staying on the first floor." ~Adamma
