"Pros: We loved our stay at this beautifully designed hotel in the heart of Bruges - it's a bit maximalist for what we would like normally but it's very creatively and tastefully done. The fireplace inside our room is also lovely. The garden overlooking the canal is stunning. The service was also very friendly and professional. One minor suggestion - the rate for using the spa facilities seemed a bit high. It would have been great if this was included in the room rate." ~Will
