"Pros: Location, room size, nespresso free coffee.
Cons: We arrived at 6 pm and there was no one to open the door, therefore we went to the front side of the building, (which is a restaurant) one of the rude waitresses told us to "wait there" then he came and he only wanted to take 16 euro city tax without any eye contact. After payment he told us "follow me" and we passed inside of the restaurant kitchen and he gave the envelopes (which include keys) and said that go to the second floor, you will see the rooms and check your room name on the envelopes without again eye contact. You should inform your guest properly about the late checkin conditions. The room was okay however you should change your toilet garbage box and toilet brush which were really dirty. Pillows are too small and not comfortable. The room floor makes incredibly high noise."
