"Pros: Very professional staff helps you with everything. Great location right next to the Charleroi Centraal railway station and airport bus stop. Also next to a big shopping mall so it was easy to do some last-minute shopping!
We found the hotel offering very good value for money. The rooms are small but I have seen smaller ones, and we were still able to accomodate 3 luggage and 2 backpacks without problems. Also the view is pretty nice in the evening with all the Christmas lights (we had a riverside view).
Very comfortable bed and plenty of hot water was all we needed after a 12 hour flight. The receptionist truly saved our day by finding us a room with earlier check-in.
The only thing I would suggest is to get a small minibar for the rooms!
Cons: Yes, the area is a bit rough but nothing out of order. Yes, the hotel is in need of some renovations also, but overall this is a great option between flights from/to Charleroi airport and I would definitely stay here again!"
