"Pros: Beautiful chateau with lovely facilities. We stayed at chateau de Ferot in January 2025 with a group of 20 people (10 adults and 10 children). Lovely rooms and good box-spring beds. Many room have private shower and sometimes toilet. Nice children's room with 6 bunk beds and another 2 single beds with drawers, so total 10 sleeping places for the children. Nice modern kitchen. And long dining table for 20 people to eat at. A wood-fired jacuzzi (but even in Januri after a hard day of heating it was warm) which the children loved. Tennis court use for real tennis tournament and don't forget the beautiful hilly landscape. Went for a 1.5-hour walk through beautiful forest directly from the property with children. Thomas the owner is very nice and contacted him via app and responds quickly, very nice. After booking you get a nice brochure from him with very good instructions and explanations for checking in and out. All in all, highly recommended! And in summer you can enjoy even more outside facilities like the bbq and beautiful garden." ~Hilke

"Pros: The location and facilities were above expectation, everything was very neat and tidy and there was a lot of thought in the design. We used the sauna, jacuzzi and the fire place. The sauna can work in two ways, infrared and with the heater, we preferred it with the heater and it worked very well. The jacuzzi is just outside the entrance door and reserved, the water is warm (37deg. C and can be changed) and there are many settings for the bubbles. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of things, coffee machine, water boiler, fridge, oven, microwave, dish washer with soap. I would advise to bring flip-flops so that when going to jacuzzi and sauna you do not slip. The towels are included in the price, you have a large towel for the sauna/jacuzzi and a set (large, medium &small) for the toilet. We had breakfast on one of the days, it was really good and so much food! The bed was really comfortable and the area is very quiet, you never hear any cars. Cons: There was no hand/body soap and dishwashing soap." ~Ale.p.
