"Pros: So convenient for ING Arena, and great value. Literally, a 5 minute walk for the venue, so I think I was back in my room before most had got on the metro! William was really helpful and I had everything I needed in this lovely property. It's definitely a guesthouse vs hotel experience, but all the richer for it. I had everything I needed and I felt like I could ask for anything not available. For example, William make sure I knew how to find the venue as well as my way out of the area (which was easy with several public transport options close). He even picked up on my request for a restaurant recommendation - and left me a hand drawn map - as well as made time to look several options up together. I'll definitely come back on a next visit." ~Kyra

"Pros: The hotel is very close to the ING Arena ("Paleis 12"), so it's ideal to stay the night after a concert there. The street the hotel is located in was pretty quiet as well, so you can rest up. My room was generally clean and pretty spacious. Cons: After check-in, there was no personnel on site for the rest of my stay. This wasn't a really big deal for me, but I had not received any information about how check-out worked, so I wasn't sure if I needed to do anything or not. The sheets in my room had some small brown spots on them, and at times, the WiFi could be a little spotty." ~Bart
