"Pros: Very easy and close access in and out of the city, while being in a calm location away from traffic. Room was nice and comfortable with a great bathroom setup. Cons: The room was not soundproof as advertised. Footsteps from the room above resonated through the floor, but not much else. Sound also passed through front door clearly, but there wasn't much passthrough, so it was acceptable. TV only support mirroring with Apple airplay out of the box" ~Alexandre
