"Pros: Huge, recently renovated heritage building. Tons of space with 4 separate bedrooms and a ladder-access loft. Property was impeccably clean and even came with a complimentary large bottle of Belgium beer in the refrigerator. Well appointed kitchen for those who would like to prepare meals. A treat to have access to a refrigerator with an ice dispenser!
Cons: Anyone with mobility issues should be cautious with this property. Four stories of narrow stairs. The 4th floor bedrooms had access to a toilet on that floor, while the 3rd floor bedrooms had to run down to the 2nd floor for toilet facilities. Also, for unknown reasons, the operator only supplies tiny towels, even for bath or shower use. Several other guests have commented on the goofy towel sizing. Parking is advertised as “free”, however, it isn’t being provided by the property; guest have to find a spot at the train station about 300m from the home"

"Pros: Spacious. Good to get 7 separate beds. Location was central. Free parking nearby.
Cons: A drain smell in kitchen and ground floor shower area and toilet. No en-suite rooms so quite a track for some to use toilet facilities in the night."

"Pros: After a good first contact from Vlad as soon as I made the reservation months in advance, he greeted me as soon as I arrived as well, making himself very available for any situation needed. Very clean place, well equipped, well treated and super well located (maximum 5 minutes on foot from the train station). Treated more like an acquaintance than just some customer and made me feel at home. Will definitely stay again when I’ll be back in Ypres and do recommend for anyone who is thinking of going, either if you’re alone, or a couple.
Cons: As commented by everyone, the sole issue is the toilet being 2 floors down from the apartment and the window on it could be covered."
