"Pros: Kathy was beyond wonderful. She couldn't do enough for her guests and went the extra mile to help me out when I had a very bad reaction to some sort of insect bite I had picked up in France. The property is immaculately clean and the rooms spacious and very comfortable. There is a lovely garden you can relax in and enjoy. The breakfast was great. Just note the property is a bit isolated so plan your evenings accordingly. There are loads of restaurants in Ypres and some in the local villages." ~Paul

"Pros: The bedroom and bathroom are equipped with all comfort, better than a 5 star hotel. The host is super friendly and welcoming. He's the one preparing breakfast for you in front of you in his state of the art kitchen. He will prepare anything you wish for and in abundance! I travelled a lot and this host, by far, is one of the best in a long time. Cons: Difficult to say.. I can't find a fault." ~Simonetta
