"Pros: Nice location and some wellness facilities are the plus part. Please double check the details of the hotel before you book. The check out time is 10AM. It’s quite early. And the b’fast is only served from 8:00 till 9:30., what a time slot. We arrived around 6PM, and there was a receptionist who brought us to the room and explained how everything works. The room that we booked was one of the suite with a sauna in the room. Very impressive. But the room is very chilly and the heater wasn’t work. Need to put extra cloth in while sleeping. The worst thing happened in the morning when we wanted to take a shower, there was no hot water. Even after 10 minutes let the shower running. Then we decided to take a shower at wellness areas. Sadly there is no staffs around." ~Faizal
