"Pros: The staff were polite and attentive with great attention to detail. The host would greet me by name every time we met, politely asking how my day was. At breakfast he ensured I had everything I needed and was always on hand without looming over me. I travelled with a bike and the hotel was happy to store it in a locked store or for me to take it to my room. The room was clean and in acceptable condition with a comfortable bed, clean linen and a nice warm shower. The addition of a Google Chromecast was also a nice touch as I could stream from my phone to the TV if I wished. Cons: Not much! I do not have any reason to fault this property or the host. For what I paid for the room it met my expectations but the host definitely exceeded them. A very warm welcome was given." ~Mark
