The room was spacious and spotless, with complimentary coffee, tea, and water provided. We also enjoyed a lovely view of the town center. "Pros: The hotel was superb in every way. It is not an exaggeration to say it was the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in. The decor was beautiful and extremely tasteful, and the hotel had been recently remodelled at great expense. The room was spacious, warm, tasteful and comfortable, with a ver large and spacious bathroom and walk-in shower (and a separate toilet - something I always appreciate, because if I or my wife is in the shower the other one can use the toilet). The breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a very wide range of fresh fruit, meat, excellent cheeses, yoghurt, pastries, cereals and much more, and also as much coffee, tea, chocolate and fruit juice as we wanted. There is also a restaurant attached to the hotel, and the food we had there was every bit as good as the breakfast, with excellent service and very fair prices. But I think the best part, however, was on our last morning there, when we found that we had parked in the wrong place and our car had been towed away. It would have been extremely difficult for us to get it back, because we weren't sure who to contact. However, Linda, the proprietor, not only did it all for us (and even for her it was quite hard to fid what had happened to the car!), but also gave us a lift to the car pound so that we could get it back.
