"Pros: Came here because of the picture shown on booking made it look like an hotel with a pool, but it’s not. It’s a house with room with a bed and TV. The building itself is being renovated but after I read the other reviews this has been going on for the last year or so.
I didn’t use the room as I was shocked when I came in so I requested the host to cancel the booking as I booked something else in the same city. They rejected and acted like Booking never messaged them about this. I would’ve been ok with a 50% loss of money but this is 0 customer service.
