"Pros: The location was good (right in the city centre), and the shower was nice. Cons: Check-in was supposed to be at 4 pm, but we could only enter around 6 pm, because the cleaning staff was not on time. In the end the house was cleaned in 30min or less, so still very dirty everywhere, and garbage bins were not emptied. Beds were not comfortable and the staircase & hallway were creaking. The barbecue was full of rain water (and old coals) so couldn't be used. Almost none of the basic utilities were present (toilet paper, detergent, salt & pepper, ...), but a lot of other junk in the cupboards (leftovers from the renovation?), the billiard cue was broken, etc. The potential was there, but it has been neglected for some time it seems..." ~Hilke
