"Pros: The hotel was charming and atmospheric. I ate outside on Sunday and Monday nights and enjoyed my room on an veranda overlooking the swimming pool Cons: Some of the individuals on the front desk were not particularly knowledgeable about certain things (e.g. whether a drinks token I had could be used at the Clarabel's restaurant). On my last day I booked a taxi from a third location to the airport. On hearing that the flight was delayed, I emailed the hotel asking them to rearrange the taxi for half an hour later. I received no response and the taxi driver was not informed of my request" ~David

"Pros: Location was good . A slow 10 minute walk into the centre of Hamilton. Pool area was ok. Pool could have been a little cleaner. Cons: Poor lighting on the entrance pathway from the side of property, otherwise walking around a dangerous bend to the front entrance. Also, we had no contact with staff at anytime during our stay." ~Andrew
