"Pros: Good location, around 800m to kotelnica ski slopes. Shops and restaurants around 500m.
Apartment is nice and cozy
Cons: This is the second time we came here this year but cleaning was not good enough. Kitchen was not properly cleaned, there were lots of spider webs, and the floor had also dirt on it.
Noise insulation is very bad, we could hear everything from the other apartments, people talking, kids crying, dogs barking, people showering, chairs moved… something needs to be done to improve this."

"Pros: Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast, not too far from the slopes (about 10-15 mins), We used the sauna and jacuzzi tub, and also had a drink in the hotel bar. All good. Very pleasant and helpful front desk.
Cons: Our party booked/requested 2x twin room setups, we were given a triple and a double so one room (my friend & his father) had to improvise, they did not raise the issue at the hotel, I am sure the hotel would have rectified."
