"Pros: The apartment was very stylish and nicely designed. Kitchen had all necessities to make meals: cooking plate, microwave, fridge, kettle, stocked with plates etc and coffee, tea, salt, pepper, washing up liquid. Very comfortable large bed and soft sheets. Looked very new and fresh. Close to the center and bus routes. Piano in the room, though it would be nice if it was tuned. Spacious enough and it was nice to have the bedroom separate from the living room. Nice small balcony for sitting out with a coffee. Cons: Cooking plate stopped working and shower head holder was loose. I contacted customer service and they said they fixed the stove but it only worked for 1 day and broke again. They said they cannot fix shower holder as they don’t have maintenance onsite. Not enough space for the toilet. Collecting keys was troublesome as there is no reception and without a car you’d have trouble going to the other location. It said the place is soundproof but it wasn’t completely quiet, you could hear traffic and church bells at 6am. Would be nice if curtains were blackout." ~Lorelai
