"Pros: Great location, kind staff and a super complete gymnasium! The beach service is also a good benefit, we had an overall good stay. Cons: The rooms need repairing. The bathroom is torn, and there was a hole below the cabinet (maybe leading to the street? Hard to say). There were several (12) small cockroaches, mostly in the bathroom, as the drain was broken and always open. The staff were super helpful and even got me a new drain so that I could close it. It reduced a lot the cockroaches, but there were still some (luckily, I had an insecticide with me). I talked to the staff, and they told us that they will fumigate the hotel again soon. If the rooms were better taken care of and we had no coackroaches, that would have been a great experience due to the other hotel qualities." ~Cassia
