"Cons: When we arrived, we discovered that the listing on Booking presented photos of 4 rooms, but in fact the fourth room was the repeated photos of another room.
The fourth room is actually very small but the most serious thing was that the wall was completely black from a recent fire, for which we could still smell smoke.
We could not sleep in that room because it was extremely dangerous because of the burning wall, but the most absurd thing was that we were not warned about this and the justification was that we were not warned because it had happened a few days before.
On top of that, the cleanliness was extremely poor and the pool had a lot of mold on the interior walls, which was also dangerous to health.
The reception in the house was done by a person who did not tell us anything because he could not even say hello in English.
We asked for partial reimbursement for the inconvenience due to these things, but it was not considered at all even though we had paid thousands. In regard to this I do not know who behaved worse, whether the host or the booking assistance."
