"Pros: The views of the lake were great. Fantastic pools, especially with you have kids.
Cons: It can be a bit hard to get from the pools opposite the hotel to the themed children’s pool, very hilly. The restaurant was very good in the first night, great steak but not tue same quality in the second night."

"Pros: The place is really nice, the people and the personal are amazing very kind and polite.
Cons: There was no really hot shower, the pillows were a bit dirty, there wasn't even soap in the room, and very hard to find someone to ask for it. The internet didn't work well on the room, is a nice place but not only having a room makes it a hotel. Is very unfortunate, I don't like to give this kind of comment, particularly when the people were really nice and kind but I hope they improve because the fact that there was not even soap in the room disappointed me for this kind of price."
