"Pros: The shared living spaces are fabulous, airy with ample space for everyone. The double height living space is a delight to chill in as are the hammocks, heated pool and swings in the garden. There are two kitchens also and are well equipped to make meals. I loved the fact it was a homestay. It’s full of art, books and games and feels like you are staying in someone’s home. It’s a lovely place to listen to the birds and rest. The village is just a short walk away and the area feels very safe. The rooms are spacious and the mattress is very comfortable. Professor Prudêncio is a wonderful and welcoming host. I was sick whilst there and he went out of this way to look after me. Thank you for a great stay. Cons: It requires a little maintenance here and there but nothing to halt a nice stay." ~Claire
