"Pros: The hotel has a good Infrastructure and lay-out, especially the pool and the park. The seawater is comfortable warm, with intense waves and due to it kitesurfing is promoted. In the evenings we enjoyed entertainment with life music. Regarding Food, very good barbecue at the pool´s restaurant, and dinner at restaurants “Inevitavel” and “Cervejaria Portuguesa”. Always kind and helpful staff, altough some have to be better trained. Cons: Out of line with the good infrastructure, the gym is too small and the biggest restaurant “Versatil” is hot and not air conditioned. Overall maintenance has to be improved. The room´s bathrooms towels are of low quality and amenities are absent. There has been lack of cleaning of general use toilets and especially of the beach in front of the hotel, where lot of plastic is spread around. For this size of the hotel, 20 sunshades are far below what is required. Poor entertainment during the day. Regarding Food, the pool´s restaurant comes short of variety, and the “a la carte” restaurant “Massa Fina” is below standards." ~Nicolas
