"Pros: The staff was wonderful. They were courteous and respectful at every encounter, at the reception, housekeeping, and breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable allowing me to sleep in late and lounge around in relax mode. The breakfast had a full range of food and the staff was there from the crack of dawn with nice smiles and efficient service. This hotel is kind of like an old-school, full service hotel with amazing staff who are there to be of assistance when needed. Cons: The bathroom shower walls should be refinished. There was some mold developing in the grout. When pulling out the room key, it shut off the mini-fridge in the room, but the reception desk gave me second room key to leave in the switch to keep the fridge on. Also, the light in the hallways were regulated by a motion sensor that didn't activate till you get into the area. This is in other countries would be a serious fire and and security hazard. Maybe install some LED lighting that can stay on at minimum to allow guest to see when they exit the elevator and rooms. The toilet was not calibrated to flush well, but aside from wasting water it was not a problem." ~Mcp

"Pros: The location is good for what we needed. In the city centre. Cons: We had no hot water from the shower for 3 days, it's completely impersonal as we didn't have anyone to talk to directly, the place is full of stains and has an insect problem, we had to give all of our personal data through messages 1 day before check in to be able to access the apartment. When contacting the agents about issues, either we got no reply or it took them too long to take action. It was very hot on the last 2 days and the little fan in the bedroom wasn't enough to bring the temperature down. The shower area is miniscule and extremely slippery when wet, it is a hazard." ~Tim
