"Pros: The staff was really nice and helpful. The location is great - the best spot in Ponta de Pedras. The pool was also nice. The food was better than expected - we didn't feel like going out for dinner and just had something from the hotel kitchen. Furthermore, my partner is lactose intolerant and the staff made everything possible to help us - even cooking a new batch of "cuzcuz" lactose-free just for us. Definitely going there again. Cons: The other amenities, besides the pool, were not in great shape. The ventilation in the restaurant wasn't great - it was too hot. Additionally, we felt a bad smell while we had dinner - not too severe, but a bit unpleasant. It is not a luxurious place, but I don't think it is a downside." ~Filipe
