"Pros: The shower was great.
Cons: Very disorganized in handling our reservation. The air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, and the bed was uncomfortable. It was also very hot in the corridor leading to the room. There was an issue with the coffee supply during breakfast, and a long line of people waiting to check out with only one staff member attending. The complex lacks any coziness and seems more suited for corporate ventures. The fitness studio has no TV or air conditioning and is poorly equipped."
