"Pros: The location is good. The apartment was cleaned daily and it was a lovely apartment. Cons: When we arrived the apartment had been given to someone else. The reception lady had a poor attitude to dealing with it. She could not be bothered and dumped on the cleaning staff. The toilet broke but credit to the owner he came and fixed it straight away. The electricity kept tripping so we had to keep getting up at night to reset it so the air-conditioning continued to work." ~Bonita
