"Pros: Leaving the property! Cons: On arrival at the property approximately 12.40am there were frogs inside the property which is completely unacceptable and absolutely disgusting, the place smelt stale and old. The bedding was pretty much non-existent, old and extremely tired and was completely off putting. The pictures used to advertise the property were obviously from when the property was first opened and are most definitely not representative of the current condition. The property is in need of an deep clean, pest control and updating. We have contacted the owners of the property regarding the state / condition of the place and the frogs to which we have received no reply! As soon as we discovered what we'd been mis sold we left the property and spent the next hour sorting alternative accommodation, we eventually found somewhere at 01.40am. I also contacted Booking.com customer service but have still not received a response." ~Geoff
