"Pros: Centrally located, next to the main touristic pedestrian area. Next to police station, so it felt very safe overall. All shops and amenities were close by. New or renovated building, Good AC (bedroom only), bathroom was spacious and new. Very good and speedy WiFi. Kitchen fully equiped, large fridge. Cons: Quite noisy (from the street). The access road to the beach not ideal. No reception desk, hostess not speaking English (very common in Brazil). We only saw her after we had to call her to give us access to the room although we had already informed her of our arrival time. Note the apt was difficult for the transfer driver to locate and access. Also hostess did not reply to our query how to check out / where to leave the keys." ~Konstantinos
