"Pros: Good location and friendly staff and the communal areas - cafe/reception and pool area - looked to have been refurbed. Location is good, easy for getting around wtih Uber into the historic part of the city and walking distance from beach, cafes and restaurants. 15 minutes by car to the airport Cons: The rooms were very dated and basic. The lock on mine was far from secure; there was no hairdryer (had to be requested from reception) and the room was gloomy. The lack of WiFi was a problem as it meant the reception was often busy with people on calls as that was the only place with signal. I had an eSim but that struggled to provide a signal too. In this day and age, there are multiples solutions to providing all rooms with WiFi access and I didn't encounter problems anywhere are this trip" ~Diane
