"Pros: The house was big, the bathrooms were excellent, they had an expresso machine, the living room was great, they had A/C everywhere, the location was perfect... Cons: It's only minor things for them to improve. For the price they charge, they should have at least given us soap and toilet paper for our stay. They should have more things in the kitchen (they gave us a small amount of salt, pepper, and olive oil, which wasn't enough). For the washing machine, they did not provide products as well. Oh, and one of the keys they gave us (they gave us two) did not work. I called them many times informing them of that and put the key under the carpet for them to provide a replacement, which they could not do for our entire stay. We ended up with only one key for the three of us." ~Gabriel
