"Cons: We arrived to the house without any instruction for the keys, wifi, AC etc. After a long day while we were having dinner at the terrace someone came to repair a door making a lot of noise. Another person came just for the deposit (mainly because of water and electricity are not included in the price house, never seen something similar in my life). they wanted cash, no deposit receipt and we took pictures of the electric metric. Day we were leaving they charged water and electricity and wanted to charge cleaning cost that we already paid as an extra fee while booking the house." ~Fernando
