"Pros: Great apartment, brilliant location and security. Cons: The only 2 issues were, that was the hot water system was intermittent and then shut off. The main issue was the couch in the living room was very dirty and smelts very heavily of sweat and body odder. I had to put a blanket over it to stop the smell. I would suggest having it professionally cleaned or replaced. Besides these issues it was a very pleasant stay, wonderful!!" ~Jack

"Pros: Location. Located between Copacabana and Ipanema, so it’s too easy to go to both directions. During new year time to be close to Copacabana is just amazing. Many places to go really close to apartment, supermarkets, restaurants, gyms etc. At the same time building located in a very quiet area and you can sleep well. Cons: It’s just my very personal opinion so for many others it couldn’t be a problem. I came to Rio to celebrate Christmas new year and during my stay I spent almost every night at the parties and came to the apartment just to sleep and always came back at the early morning. And if the bedroom could have a blackout curtains it could be amazing." ~Aleksei
