"Pros: The location is very good and close to many places. The flat is good and it was reasonable for the old building it is located. Cons: The price increased after I booked in 28%. I tried to contact them and booking.com and they said it was cleaning fees. But I checked everything and there were no fees. They kept asking me for pictures of my passport and a picture of me holding the passport. That was for me and all the other guests. I was oriented in Brazil to not do that since people use those pictures for SCAM. Then I went to the police station and they said the same, they told me to do not do that. They only sent information about how to get to the place after I sent the pictures. Now I am complaining to Brazilian Data Protection to make sure they delete my data. Be aware of all this stress before you book with them." ~Eudis
