"Pros: The location was amazing, the flat was spacious and bright and stylish. The flat was also very secure, with somebody always at the front desk. They were very kind, and allowed us to leave our bags and use their facilities because we arrived many hours before check-in. Gonçalo was also very helpful. Cons: The facilities were quite poor, no kitchen roll, half a roll of toilet paper, nothing to clean the apartment to maintain it if you’re staying for a few days (broom etc), the washing machine was mouldy and didn’t work. The apartment could have been left cleaner, there was a very dirty towel left on the floor in the toilet, the kitchen had sand all over it, bathroom could be given some more attention." ~Marianna
