"Pros: The location is the best. Quiet but close to the beach, supermarketsand resturants. The building is absolutely beautiful, with good facilities : gym, sauna, jacuzzi etc The apartment is beautifully done as well, modern, spacious and met our needs . Sea view is there (though far) , but you can see and hear the sea. But unfortunatelly Tabas, who is looking after the apartment, is doing a shody job. Things are falling apart and you can tell there is no supervision of the cleaning staff. -The place is clean at first glance , but if you look closer , the curtains and laces are actually filthy - Curtains are fallling off the rail(an issue I read in the reviews)- is it that difficult to fix this when everyone is pointing it out? - The doors of the tv cabinet fell right off on opening, I am wondering why did someone put them back knowing very well they are broken, making them a health hazard? -My worst dissapointment was communication with the care takers though. When I asked to check in early (we arrived around 11 am and checkin is at 3pm), the responce was an immediate : DECLINED. But when I informed them the stove is not working on the same platform. Silence. When 2 days later, I received a whatsapp about checkout , I mentioned the stove again. We had a chat, this one even requested a video. Asked me if I reported to the building . I answered : of course that is where I started, and they pointed me to you. She promised to send someone and I checked out another 2 days later and no one had pitched to fix the stove. I travel all the time, all ovwr the world with my boys.I book furnished apartments through booking.com and airBnB. I prefer them because space, freedom of catering, and that home feeling.
