"Pros: Amazing resort with lots of options for entertainment. Pizzaria is a good dinner option. Lots of music shows throughout the day. Very good breakfast and lunch buffets. Dinner is not good and takes over 1 hr for dishes to get ready. Recommend avoiding for New Year's Eve - super crowded and people drinking all day. Cons: They ask you to manage your own pool towels, instead of having them available at poolside. The dinner at Hotel Turismo takes forever and is not very good (especially the pasta carbonara). Most staff is not knowledgeable on the resort - e.g. restaurant waiter didn't know what was in the Cobb Salad, spa massage therapist didn't know where the sauna was, staff at Praia do Cerrado didn't know how to get to the Lazy River." ~Daniel
