"Pros: Spacious apartment and good facilities in the building. Very nice area and secure. Very amazing pool for summer. The person on the end of the booking chat was lovely and very responsive. Cons: Expensive for what it was. The staff on arrival (night staff) very rude - it was unexpected to have them be so impolite at such a late hour. Security and biometric process was intense - felt very uncomfortable. Place is like Fort Knox. There in winter so couldn’t use the pool. Using the oven also blew the fuses in the apartment so we wasted a whole meal (30 euros) as couldn’t cook it." ~Jo
