"Pros: staff is nice Cons: the value for money makes no sense. the price charged is in line with luxury 5 star hotels while offering nothing comparable. Water in the shower takes 30 min to heat Swimming pool temperature is not controlled / heated. No gym SPA is very small rooms offer no view except on the pool and therefore on the street and line up of condos breakfast is « personalized » but basically the choice is between basic products… seems more inventory optimization than actual personalization… overall, we had booked for 2 nights and left after one night… very disappointing" ~Adil
