"Pros: Very good quality and modern building and apartment, very well kept, courtyard very nice, manicured lawn and flowers, parking inside the courtyard, very secure with remote controls for the gate and apartment building, apartment equipped with everything you need, at least for short and medium stays, and a few things that we didn't find but rally needed ( hairdryer and an electric teapot and a couple of bigger sized cups - we mostly drink tea and the apartments are usually equipped with just small size coffee cups) were provided in a very short time, with the help of hosts that we contacted by messages and of the building manager that stays on site and by the way is a very nice lady who also gave us some local tips.
Apartment provided very good quality, immaculate clean towels, and even one for the kitchen, cleaning products including dishwasher tablets, and a good supply of coffee pads for the expresso machine which by the way makes very nce coffee although I couldn't quite figure out how it works, at the beginning ( instructions manual would have been helpful as it is an unusual type or maybe I just had to ask for help 😀). Furniture is of very good quality, beds were comfortable and there was enough storing space for our stuff.
Position of the building although not frontline by the sea, but very close to the local beach which by the way is a very good one. Access and finding the building was easy, using navigation.
Being first time in Ahtopol we liked it, a small and not very crowded resort town, everything is easily accessible by foot, and the seafront has a few nice restaurants with a great view ( the nearest is sunset oriented and you can literally have the sea near your table) and pretty good kitchen. If you spend a few days in the area, would strongly recommend visiting nearby Sinemorets resort and if you're interested a kayak trip on Veleka River nearby is quite an experience ( tryed it last year and loved it, also did go by kayak on the sea)
Cons: Maybe I did not pay much attention while booking, as it was a last minute thing, but I didn't notice the apartment doesn't have a balcony, actually there are maybe just a couple of them without balconies, all the others have balconies and some even have terraces, upper floors probably have sea view. What I do clearly remember that it was ground floor and we got a first floor apartment. It had some place for drying towels so it was not big deal and we spent most of the time outside anyway." ~Rodica
