Cons: - If there is one thing that destroys the overall good impression about the hotel is the complete lack of hospitality and profesionalism by the hotel staff at reception and at the uper floor of the bar
- I had a very unpleasant situation with one of hotel’s receptionist (Krisi) that was completely not friendly and helpful when we tried to book table tennis and pool table - anything we asked was not possible (reservation of table tennis, refund of pool table fees, as the coins got stuck in the designated input slot), the fact that I paid by card and it would have been very hard for her to provide a refund on the card…
