"Pros: Everything was to like! Spacious, modern and cozy apartment in an excellent location, yet quiet. It is equipped with everything you need, it is warm and comfortable. I loved that it was overlooking the pine forest. It is in the main Flora building, so there are additional facilities that are available, like the restaurant where you can eat for a very decent price compared to eating out in restaurants, the spa center with excellent massage, and the kids playground which for people like us with a small child was a big plus.
Cons: Nothing to dislike, rather a few points where improvements would make the stay even more enjoyable. There is no dining table, adding a small one with two chairs in the kitchen would be great. Also, the bed is queen size and the mattress is really comfortable, but a king size bed (180 cm) would be nicer. As the bedroom is quite big it could easily fit even an extra single bed, it would be better than using the sofa in the living room for sleeping, it makes a difference. Perhaps also adding a few more kitchen utensils (small pan, soup ladle, etc) is needed."

The beds and heating were excellent :)
Breakfast and coffe excellent! Pancakes brilliant! :)
Cons: The wifi in the appartment was very weak, practically unusable.
We really missed a solution for skis and aki boots storage."

"Pros: Excellent location, very nice spacious and super clean room and bathroom, full equipped kitchen, free parking, elevator, good communication online with the staff.
Cons: Sauna and swimming pool not in the property but in different building up to 10 min walking (in winter) and overpriced compared to other places in Borovets (80 BGN per person per spa and swimming pool package). Breakfast not available on the property - only in nearby buildings and overpriced (eg 24 BGN per person in the closest one 5 min walking), parking very small - in winter high peak no places available or other cars will block you and you need to call them. No reception, only online or telephone communication."
