David kept in touch and requested feed back, so that any issues could be resolved. The Cleaner was also very helpful and friendly. "Pros: Plenty of options for food (breakfast and dinner) and they were tasty as well. The location is pretty good, a 10min walk to the gondola. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free parking (although it was not a busy season during our trip and we found a spot, migh be a bit too full during mid season) Cons: The walls are super thin, you can hear everything from the other rooms or the hallway (I slept with earplugs and it was fine like this) and also the water in the pool was super cold, we could not enjoy it, but we used the sauna a lot which made up for this. "Pros: I will miss the king of the hotel, top fella sauna get lovely n sweaty in very nice downstairs man good at ping pong but not as good as me very good Pokémon go location also got like 50 pokestops nearby which is very classy Micky mouse exterior very friendly n comforting Cons: has to pay for pool n stuf, that was not epic not a sheet of bog roll in a mile radius don’t know what that was all about. no WiFi also" ~Anonymous
