"Pros: I arrived in the centre of Harmanli around 6.30pm on a Sunday. I'd been travelling since 11pm on the previous Friday and my phone was about to run out of battery. There were no taxis and the hotel was quite a long way from the bus station and without my phone, I wouldn't be able find it. I messaged my friends, who contacted the hotel, to ask them to send a taxi. The lady owner arrived in her own car to collect me. The hotel was spotless and nicely decorated. The shower room was lovely and the bed was really comfy. Cons: No tea, or coffee making facilities and perhaps the distance from the bus station. That wouldn't have been a problem if there had been taxis though." ~Mcguinness
