"Pros: The location is extraordinary! The view from the Hill side villas is splendid. The apartment with seaside view ( apartment with 2 bedrooms) is very big, with 2 bathrooms with walk in shower and a large balcony with a magnificent view of Black sea. The apartment is well equipped with all that you need for a pleasant stay. The Hill Side Villas have 3 infinity pools (one was 30 metters away from our apartment), so you can relax near the place you stay. For restaurants, golf, beacheas and other activities you can take the car from the villas to downtown (reception area) is a 2 minutes drive, you can walk or you can take the shuttle provided by the resort. In the entire complex the parking is free in the designated areas. The breakfast is very good with a lot of options (including food prepapred in front of you by a chef). The Argata beach (there are 2 beaches in the resort Argata and Bendida) is accesible only with the shuttle provided by the resort or walking. You need reservation for sunbeds and umbrellas ( 1 umbrella and 2 sunbeds are 40 BGN/day - arround 20 euros). The beach has a bar and a restaurant where you can eat somenthing and drink what you want. The entrance in water is smooth (for the people with small children), the water is clean and is very quiet (no noises, no music). It is a real relaxing place. People from outside the resort are not allowed to get to the restaurants and to the beaches. You can ask to put all the bills on the room ( from restuarants, bars, beach), so you can pay at check out for all.
Cons: Some things from the apartments need a refreshment (a paint, a deep clean, a repair). The menu of the restaurants from the resort can be improved (for lunch and dinner). You can't rent a golf car to travel inside the complex if you don't play golf. Only the golf players have acces to the electric golf car."

"Pros: While the apartment itself was adequate, we found it difficult to justify its cost, which was the highest among all our accommodations during this trip. This was particularly perplexing given that we visited just after the peak season.
The timing of our stay also presented some challenges, as many local amenities and attractions were inaccessible or closed. This limited our options and detracted from the overall value of our experience.
In summary, while the flat met basic needs, the combination of high price and limited off-season accessibility left us feeling that the value for money was not optimal.
Cons: When we got to the apartment, we ran into a few issues that made a bad first impression, especially given the high price. The fridge was off with some standing water in it, and the internet wasn’t working. After a long drive, these oversights were really frustrating.
On the bright side, management responded quickly and fixed both problems. While we appreciated how fast they acted, it’s still disappointing that these basic things weren’t ready when we checked in."
