"Pros: - Property located in a quiet, green area - Still within walking distance (10-15 minutes) from Borovets central area - Shuttle to center very helpful - Nice facilities, ski depot, pool, sauna - Large parking area, though at exactly same daily rate as parking in Borovets center - should have some discount for hotel guests Cons: - If there is one thing that destroys the overall good impression about the hotel is the complete lack of hospitality and profesionalism by the hotel staff at reception and at the uper floor of the bar - I had a very unpleasant situation with one of hotel’s receptionist (Krisi) that was completely not friendly and helpful when we tried to book table tennis and pool table - anything we asked was not possible (reservation of table tennis, refund of pool table fees, as the coins got stuck in the designated input slot), the fact that I paid by card and it would have been very hard for her to provide a refund on the card… - Very few of the hotel rooms have balcony and upgrades at the reception are not welcomed" ~Razvan

"Pros: A great place, as shown in the pictures and more beautiful and cozy, especially when you use the fireplace. Perfect for large groups or families. 5min drive or less from the ski resort, clean and fully stocked with everything you need (firewood, kitchen, bathroom utensils etc) Last but not least host always responsive and helpful." ~Spyridon
