"Pros: Clean, spacious, higher build quality than what we are used to in Bulgaria for the price. The hotel staff were very nice and accommodating. Food at the hotel restaurant was surprisingly good. Cons: We found the bed extremely uncomfortable. To the point where it was actually becoming a problem. Way too soft and hot. The pillows were too big and hard. Actual nightmare fuel for us. There are no spa robes / towels nor were there the usual spa slippers in the apartment. We had to beg the hotel to let us pay for a set of theirs, as they explained that this apartment is a private listing, and is not actually managed by them." ~Hristofor

"Pros: The staff of the hotel is sensational, super friendly, polite and they are all really nice young people. The food is amazing! A delight for the senses. The room was clean, modern and the stairs are just perfect for a toddler to learn how the go up and down without any further help. Note: Some of the maisonettes are not part of the hotel, but are rented by an independent owner - this means that breakfast is not included (which is not a problem, the price is perfectly acceptable - 10lv for a child, 15lv for an adult) and there are no extra towels, so if you can, bring some, at least for the kids. The location is marvelous. There are many possibilities for a walk, fun games in the snow, chill on the sun or anything that comes to mind. The SPA zone is small, but absolutely enough, also clean, comfortable and the pool is warm enough even for the youngest." ~Velcheva-konstantinova

"Pros: A huge, comfortable studio with a spectacular view. It was so great to have a microwave. Cons: We did not get the room we reserved and there were given the incorrect internet address and pass word. Which proved to be very inconvenient. The kitchen didn't have any kitchen towels." ~Barbara
