"Pros: The end to end experience was very nice. Personalised and taken care of. For a 1st time visit it was nice to feel safe and guided at all times by the apartment owner Monika. Having the best apartment on the block was a nice touch too. You can also use the other branded complex pools which is a nice touch. You can also buy a week of internet for almost next to nothing. It was steady and fast at all times. You have netflix and Prime available too on the lovely TV. This makes quieter evenings nice. Cons: N/A for us." ~Douglas

"Pros: Nice and clean room. It was ok for us, but for others thiis room it can be too small. The pool it was great, clean, big and wonderful for us. The facilities are great: the fridge, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle, cooking hob, air conditioning, elevator in the building and so on. Cons: The staff speak only Bulgarian, Russian and some English, but not enough. It can be a communication problem, but you can resolve that with Google translate:)))))" ~Fanel
