"Pros: - Breakfast and dinner were excellent - Staff was very good (except non Bulgarian speaking staff in the restaurant) - Rooms are spacious and clean with a nice sea view - Beach and main street is across but it was not loud at all Cons: - Hotel told us there is a charging station for electric vehicles in the hotel's garage. Therefore, I brought the cable for charging at a charging station. No charging station, only standard wall-mounted sockets. To the hotel management - Fire Hazard! please be aware that if 4-5 electric vehicles start charging at the same time for longer period, it may cause fire! - In our room there was a very annoying buzzing sound which came from the electrical breaker box. Called the reception, some random guy showed up, said it's normal. No, it's not normal. Again, Fire Hazard! - All in all, it seems that the whole electrical system of the hotel needs updating - Good luck at getting a sunbed at the beach! No chance! There is a free area but it is for both Helena Sands and Helena Park and additionally anyone external can also use the sunbeds for a fee. The guys that collect the fees are extremely shady and rude and do not provide any form of identification or receipt for the paid service. A month ago in Greece, the hotel had a private beach and sunbeds were by default locked and only unlocked when you show that you are part of the hotel." ~Petar
