"Pros: + good location for us, close to Sofia's ring road + quiet neighbourhood + very kind receptionist although she was not really speaking English + warm and big room, very clean and new Cons: - we were unable to use the garage to park our car although we have booked a place there, because someone parked the car at the entrance. The staff should have checked that no one will block the entrance to the parking lot - the POS was not working so we had to search for an ATM early in the morning to be able to pay for our stay" ~Treklens
